Joseline is a dedicated student affairs leader and mentor with over 15 years of experience serving the academic and personal development needs of university students. Since 2010, she has held various roles at Africa Renewal University (AfRU), currently serving as the Dean of Students and Assistant to the Research Director. Her work spans student welfare, research coordination, counseling, and institutional planning.

Joseline’s journey with AfRU began even earlier—as an auditing student at what was then Gaba Bible Institute, before joining Uganda Christian University for her degree. Her career reflects a deep commitment to nurturing character, community values, and leadership in young people.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration, and Master’s in Public Health Leadership, a Postgraduate Diploma in NGO Management, and has completed educational leadership training at Georgia State University.

Married to Atuhwera Deus, Joseline is also a proud mother of three: Emily, Evan, and Ellena. She brings the same values of faith, care, and integrity from her home into her work—believing wholeheartedly in serving thankfully to make others thrive.
