Ms. Carolyn Iriet Namaja
Director Human Resources
Ms. Namaja has over 12-year career in teaching at the higher institutions of learning. She is currently serving as the Director Human Resources and Administration at Africa Renewal University. She holds an M.A. in Education Administration and Human Resource Development, Uganda Management Institution (UMI), an M.A. Comparative social work, Cavendish University, Uganda, a B. A Social Work and Social Administration, Uganda Christian University, Mukono) and a Diploma: Social Work and Social Administration, Uganda Christian university, Mukono).
Carol has played an essential role in developing and improving programs at Universities level. Her passion is to see transformation happening among colleagues and students using education as a tool. She has been teaching since 2010 to date. She has served as a youth pastor at Gaba Community Church from 2018 to 2019, volunteered with TASO headquarters in 2008. She currently also serves on the Pastoral team at Gaba Community Church
