Associate Professor Olutayo K. Osunsan holds a Bachelor of International Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management Science (Business Management). Olutayo has worked in several universities since 2004 from the academic rank of a teaching assistant to an Associate Professor. He is the author of several books including Strange Beauty (2004), The Poet in May (2006), The Life of One (2010), The Alchemy of Butterfly Memories (2011), The Life of Another One (2013), Business Communications (2014), This Happiness (2015), Leo (2019), Internationalizing Growth (2020), and The Integrity Clause (2021). Some of his writings have been translated into various foreign languages. Out of academia, Olutayo’s writings express his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, his love for the African continent, the inner turmoil of everyday people and the struggle to rise above imperfection.

Olutayo does quantitative social research and areas of current research interests include Management, Entrepreneurship, Small Business, Internationalization, Emotional Intelligence and more recently Innovation and Transformational Leadership. His publications have appeared in several journals locally and internationally. He is on the editorial committee of several journals and has been an external examiner in several universities. He served as the Vice Chairperson, Executive Committee for the Children’s Sports Charity Academy (CSCA) from January 2019 to May 2022. Olutayo is a lifelong learner and subscribes to the belief that a renewed mind leads to transformation (Romans 12:2).

Olutayo is Married to Judith Nabirye Osunsan and they have three children; Hannah Osunsan, Bethel Osunsan, and Raphael Osunsan.
